Text Editor Improvement | Click to edit

Where I click in to edit a note, the cursor should be there not at the bottom of the note by default Right now, we have identified how we can upgrade the user experience when updating notes or transcripts. I need to be able to scroll down, click into the editor, and have my cursor be where i clicked Right now if I scroll down, click to edit, it opens the editor but now it's scrolled back up to the top Should also do the same if i click out. Keep current scroll position to where I was before I clicked out to save
