Transcription & Note Update Confirmations Requires Improvement

Workflow: Made a minor change to transcribed note and tries to regenerate the note. Failed at first attempt. Changes in transcription were successfully reflected in second attempt. Screen Recording To Reported Behavior Request: Would be great if you added a prompt or toast/flash message that note update was successful.
