Search for concepts, not just keywords

It would be cool if I could "search my thoughts" for concepts, like "feeling sad" or "new ideas" and have it surface notes (and sections of notes) where it sounded like I was down or struggling emotionally, or gather up all the thoughts that sounded like they were ideas I might want to act on, or at least think more about.
