[iOS] Recording recovery

I had my first lost recording on iOS today. The app was stuck on the "processing" modal for quite a long time and I force quit it to regain app access. Unfortunatly, no record of the nearly 10 minute recording is there. The app must prioritize never losing data for it to be trustowrthty. At a minimum it should check for any dangling temp recordings or unfinished work at startup and recover those assets.
