[iOS] Move post-processing to async

The current processing modal is cute, but it's not practical. AFAIK, most of that processing is server-side anyways, so it should be async for a couple of reasons: Quick confirmation that the recording was captured and saved Quick access to the recording itself Ability to continue train of though in a new note ASAP.
