Add in Yac like replies so we can chat back and forth in Cleft Notes

TLDR I want to integrate YACC-like features into Cleft Notes, including chat, reply, and transcription functionalities, to streamline communication and note-sharing with my coach. Summarized Notes: Get the value of summarized notes. Transcription: Transcribe voice messages. Intelligent Analysis: Generate themes and weekly reports from transcriptions.
